a VERY Merry {CHRISTMAS}

We finally decided on a Christmas card.

It only took us like a month. & several practice attempts. 
Some felt too conceded (I mean 6 pictures of the 2 of us along with detailed captions). 

Other felt like they didn’t do the year justice. 

This one felt JUST right.

This holiday season we wish you [merry Christmas/happy Hanukkah/wonderful Kwanzaa]

Adam & I both feel that we have been unreasonably blessed this year. I guess falling in love and getting married will do that to you! We hope you and your family are doing well.

As we reflect on our top TEN for this year we laugh and smile.

I laugh about losing my bags and being stuck in a foreign country. Feeling soooo desperately lonely at the time.

I read my journal from the day I met Adam and giggle to myself.

We joke about little things from the time we were dating.

We are grateful to get to spend so much time with my family, his family and Hannah & Sandy in Ethiopia.

We are amazed at all the friends we have made.

The places we have been able to see (Kenya, DC, California & Florida)

We are still surprised at the kindness of strangers.

For the miracle of the Atonement.

As we navigate what our family traditions will be are reminded of the real meaning of Christmas. May you celebrate with friends, family and love ones this year.

May you hold them a little closer. Tell them you love them. & Remember the birth of our Savior.

Here’s to hoping 2011 brings us & you just as many amazing moments as 2010 did!
